After graduating high school I lived in Japan for two years teaching Bible-based English lessons as a part of the AIM program. Trained as a pastry chef, after which I went to work as a dental assistant. My husband and I just celebrated our ninth anniversary and we have two beautiful daughters with whom I stay home.
Well, I was going to post a photo of my finished Midnight socks, but Blogger isn't cooperating right now. And I can't show you my work-in-progress today because it's a gift. At least I'm blogging, right? (Or does this even count?)
While I would never name my daughter Metallica, I must say that I am so glad that I live in a country where I can name my child whatever I want to. Apparently in Sweden the government gets to approve or reject name choices. That's just ridiculous.
