After graduating high school I lived in Japan for two years teaching Bible-based English lessons as a part of the AIM program. Trained as a pastry chef, after which I went to work as a dental assistant. My husband and I just celebrated our ninth anniversary and we have two beautiful daughters with whom I stay home.
For those in the greater Seattle area, I just discovered a great place to have breakfast (and, I'm told, other meals). The Pomegranate Bistro in Redmond. The food I had was excellent, though the portions were a bit stingy for the price. Highly recommended.
